Well, that was a quick RV season, wasn?t it?
I would like to thank the readers of The RV Times for their calls and e-mails that I received throughout the season. As most RV owners know, and those who don?t will soon find out, your rear tail-lights are extremely prone to corrosion. These non-sealed light assemblies seem to give grief to almost everyone. Well I am happy to say we have a fix. There is now a new surface mount, LED tail-light assembly available. Being a surface mount fixture, it is an easy retro-fit for your existing light. The overall dimensions are 2.5 cm in depth, 21 cm tall x 28 cm wide. Each unit is complete with a clear back-up lamp, a red turning and running light lamp, and a red reflector. Not only do you get superior longevity, but the sharpness of the LED will make you much more visible on those unfamiliar roads. This new product should be available sometime in mid-January 2010.
