We were traveling with our truck and 5th Wheel when our truck brakes started to overheat. We made it safely into Golden, BC, and set up camp at the Whistle Stop Campground. We mentioned our brake problems to the attendant, who recommended that we go to Alpine Auto Centre. We phoned for an appointment and were able to get in quickly.
On arrival at the shop, we were promptly attended to and our truck put on the hoist. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the process as they worked. After a thorough examination of the brakes, the problem was addressed.
Even though we were tourists, passing through the town, the final bill was very reasonable.
We strongly recommend this company, and if you find yourself in Golden requiring vehicle repairs, go to Alpine Auto Centre, 803-9th St N, Golden, BC. We think you will be satisfied with their work.
