Strange Looking RV:

I took in the Langley Good Times Cruise-In car show on Saturday. Among all the great cars was a very strange looking RV. I’m not sure if it’s a home-built or a factory-built unit, but it sure is different. ~ Bill Sveinson, White Rock, BC

  2. My father in law had a motor home almost identical to this. There were not a lot of them built, but they were very comfortable to drive and camp in. They had a low flat floor throughout the entire rig because the drive line was all up front. They used the front wheel drive large displacement Cadillac Eldorado power plant. The only problem common to the rigs was overheating. Look at the small mesh screen covering the radiator air intake. Any speed above 40 mph. and this screen blocked most of the cooling air, it essentially became a blockage to the rad. I helped dad modify the factory grill to let more air in, and the overheating problem was solved.
