warning ! ! tire blowouts ! ! This is the first thing you do befor you touch your unit ! ! If your tires are past mnfg. warrenty you are rolling the dice. I had rotated the tires, inspected and adjusted the pressure and still this happened . It took place at highway speed and I’m a very lucky camper that things turned out as they did .Absolutely no prior indication of any problem comming, no vibration, just an explosion, noise and parts flying !
You can go to a tire dealer for info. or the net ( you need Mnfg. and DOT )
This happened on a p/u truck with the camper on it at most 3 weeks a year. Oh,did I mention that the tire had better than half tread life remaining ? Have a safe trip for you, your family and other motorist. Jim
