While visiting Vernon, B.C. in June of 2012, our converter/charger stopped working so we went to Roko Service on 43rd Ave.for service. We also had a problem with our electrical breaker box and they called in an electrician who quickly fixed the problem. They overnighted a converter from Vancouver and as soon as the shop opened the next day, they quickly installed the new converter/charger and handled all the paperwork including pictures for our extended warranty company. In the past we’ve had several rv problems and went to a lower mainland rv dealer/repair shop where they are jacks of all
trades but masters of none and we usually had to go back several times before a problem was fixed correctly. Thanks to Roko’s dedicated customer service, experienced staff, quick diagnosis and repair we were able to continue on our vacation without any further problems.
